# Kakoune Skill

This skill covers the full Kakoune scripting lifecycle in one merged workflow: **author** , then **debug** what breaks, then **verify** it the way a real user would see it.

```bash
https://gitlab.com/duncode/kakoune-skill.git
```

Drop it in your `~/.agents/skills/kakoune-moe`

## When to use it

Use this skill to create a Kakoune script or extend an existing one: a command, an option, a keymap, a hook, a highlighter, a completer, or a shell bridge (`%sh{}`).

It is also the right tool for **debugging** a script whose keystrokes, commands, or quoting misbehave — the two trip-ups below cause the vast majority of such failures — and for **verifying** TUI-only behavior (hook timing, selection merging, status-line flicker) in a live tmux session.
