Hi!

kak-tree-sitter is a UNIX server bridging Kakoune with tree-sitter. Introductory post here.

I would like to announce the release of kak-tree-sitter v0.4, which comes with a bunch of new features and optimizations. I made a blog post about it so that I can share more easily about it.

I like the idea of XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, but one thing I wanted to think about was how that behaves is kakoune or kts get restarted independently, and if it’s possible to have them be separate units of failure (assuming kakoune gets timeout writes).
