Mapping sequence of keys in insert mode

Just want to share my solution to this problem I’ve came up with here:

define-command -docstring "unmap-sequence <scope> <sequence>: unmap <sequence> of keys in insert mode." \
unmap-sequence -params 2 %{
    remove-hooks "%arg{1}" "%arg{2}-seq"
}

map-sequence global jj %{exec <esc>}
map-sequence global time %{echo %sh{date}}

This is pretty much automation of what this wiki page describes, but allows mapping any amount of keys in a sequence to any kind of command. Unmapping also possible.
