Port of Tim Pope's vim subvert to Kakoune

Hi there,

I’ve just finished implementing Tim Pope’s subvert plugin for kakoune.

You can find the code on GitHub.

You can use it to transform foo_bar to FooBar for instance - see the GitHub README for all the known casings.

Nice plugin! Small question - how does sentence differ from screaming?

Woops, there was a typo in the README. Screaming is actually FOO_BAR
