I don’t personally ever need to hex edit, but I came across this while looking for editor tools and it hasn’t been mentioned here before that I can see. Thought someone might find it useful.
I have previously done hex-editing with bvi (“binary vi”) but it’s very much based on the interface of vi, not Vim. A hex-editor modelled after Kakoune seems like a great idea, thanks for the link!
